Returns & Refunds
Order Inspection
- For orders within Cairo and Giza, customers are allowed to inspect and try the items before receiving the order.
- For all other governorates, inspection before payment or delivery is not available.
- We do not offer returns or refunds on purchased items.
Exchanges
- We only offer exchanges in case of a defective or damaged product.
- Exchange requests must be made within 5 to 7 days from the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges are accepted only after confirming the product defect. - We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the conditions above.
